Thanks Matt. I found those settings and set them to zero. That didn't work. It seems to be the jazz waltz style I'm using that does it (_JWALTZP). I changed to jazz _JWALTZNY and that didn't seem to do it. So I tried editing the current style and adjust the volume (V) of just the piano ending from the original 58 to 5 but it doesn't affect realtracks. I'm not as fond of the NY style, so I'll continue to try things until I get it. I found a work-around by resting the piano on the 4th beat of the measure before through the end measure. works for now...
