My son, Don Junior, capitalized on "Bathroom On The Right" by CCR's John Fogarty. Now, John even sings it that way in concert. I suggested the concept to Seattle DJ, Bob Rivers, and he had my son sing it on Bob's Twisted Tunes CD. Bob is a parody genius.
