use the Drag 'n Drop feature, one of my favorite ways of doing this. (I like to create a folder in Explorer and name it accordingly, then Drag 'n Drop from BB into that folder, one track at a time. From the folder, I can then drag into the DAW program if it is programmed to accept that, or use the program's "Import" routine to bring tracks into it.
