I like zooming in and surgically removing it as opposed to using a plugin, but that's just me. Vinyl tool cuts certain frequencies and uses a stereo algorithm (I use mono for vocals) so your mileage may vary.

Zoom in and find the click (where the waveform shows an anomaly). That's my preferred way, for the record. Use 'smooth audio cuts' and 'keep gap' as electives.. works well here.

/that first paragraph was ugly. I butchered that way more then normal. Edit was for typos to avoid future embarrassment.
