In an effort to help others I'll post this. I've had IKM products for a couple of years now. I presently own 6 of them Authorized on 4 computers.When they say you have x amount of authorizations that is per computer. If for some reason, and this has happened to me,a product shows up as unauthorized DO NOT reauthorize it by logging the machine onto the site. This will eat up one of your authorizations. All you do is go to the user area/products and get both the serial # & the authorization # for that computer that had been registered. Then just enter these #s into the authorization manager and you'll be good to go and won't eat one of your authorizations.
