I disagree with Mac. It is not easy! I gave up after half a dozen efforts. Then I ran into the same problems as the OP. Either they want BB users to give it a try, or they don't! They have to make up their mind, make it a just a simple registration (if even that) and stop trying to upgrade users right from the beginning. Terrible marketing on IK Multimedia 's behalf and I do not care how good is their product. I'm gone. Life is too short. Too much baloney!
Also I am about to unsubscribe from the mass of useless promotional emails they keep sending out.
I should add that way back I did purchase the full Coyote, so it is not as though there is not a good precedent on how to successfully market to BB users.
Sorry, but that is my honest feeling about my experience. GRRRR!
