I hadn't used either the tempo or key change functions in the bar settings dialog before, but now that I have tried to, I don't see that they work.

If I load one of the demos (either Real Tracks or MIDI), then bring up the bar settings dialog, select a chorus, reset the tempos, select OK. The tempo change shows correctly if you inspect the bar settings dialog again, but it doesn't execute. Either with absolute tempo change or relative. Tempo plays (after regen) as before.

If I do the same, except select a key change for a particular chorus, the change immediately shows in the dialog for ALL choruses, but doesn't play in any after regen.

This is the same in 2012.5 and 2013.
