Are you saying that the key signature displays as "C" but the chords are in the key of Db?
If so, you should be able to manually change the key signature to Db at which point you will get a pop up screen asking if it's OK to change the chords.
You click NO and the key sig should change to Db but the chords will remain unchanged.
