The only way that I've been able to alter the key in an audio file is to use the pitch function in a program like Audacity (free download). You might try taking the original file into audacity, save with a different name, move the pitch down 1 semitone, and save the file. Then bring it into BIAB and run the audio chord wizard and see what happens.

The default key that shows on the biab window is C. If you bring in a file that's in F, you have to transpose. When the transpose window opens, it will ask you if you want to transpose the whole worksheet. Answer, "No". Now everything will be in F. I know this works fine for midi files. I'm thinking that the chords inserted with the audio chord wizard are also midi? Otherwise they could not be edited. FWIW
