Hi Peter,
The chord suggestion you have is already included in BiaB. It’s found under Edit-Search/Replace chords.
I do not use BiaB to edit single notes but in Sonar all I have to do is to highlite the notes I want to change in the left hand side of the piano roll window and move them to where I want. That is all of the A's would become B's. I would guess that the piano roll in BiaB and/or RB would do the same thing. You may want to check that out, i.e. either try it or look for that function in the manual.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
