That will work. Then use 1st and 2nd ending and a ds al coda.

The make the fist ending the last 4 bars of the chorus. the second ending will also be the last 4 bars of the chorus plus the bridge (total 12 bars.

The put a ds al coda at the end of the bridge to point back to the first bar of the chorus and put the exit such that the coda is the last 4 bars of the chorus.

If the chorus is exactly the same (ie the chords are the same before the bridge) you could use a repeat of the verse-chorus combo, followed by the bridge, and a ds al coda as before.
