Looking at this device online, it looks like its main purpose is to allow you to connect an analog mixer to your computer via USB. You are not going to be able to record a mike directly with this device. I guess you could get a preamp and you could plug the mike into the preamp and the preamp into the UCA, but it would seem to me to be better to just get a small mixer to connect to it. That should give you enough ports to handle the audio out of your digital piano, as well as a mike or two, and maybe even another instrument.
