What folder is BB installed into... It is usually c:\bb
Where are your Realtracks? They are usually in c:\bb\realtracks. What is the size of that folder?
Do our demo songs work? Do MIDI styles work? Des audio work in any application?
Please note, I wouldn't advise a reinstall of Windows, as that likely wouldn't solve it. First lets see if it can be solved other ways.
