That's unfortunate that the link didn't help.

When you get a chance, if you could answer the following questions, it would help me get a clearer picture.

1. What was the name of the virus that attacked you?

2. What did you use to remove the virus?

3. As a consequence of the virus, did you install anti-virus software and, if so, what was it?

4. Is it possible to install the minimum installation of BIAB onto a second computer (maybe a friend's or family member's) and see if the program runs ok?

5. Go to the Realtrack folder on your external drive, double-click to get inside one of the sub-folders within the Realtrack folder and then double-click on one of the wma files within the folder. Can you hear this wma file play?

6. Along similar lines to point 5, it would be interesting to know if the different types of audio files play. If you can also locate a wav file and an mp3 file to see if they play ok (in addition to the wma file above), it might give some more insight.
