Have you called our tech support dep't. I'd recommend a call Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and speak with Rob. He can get access to your machine (with your permission of course), and see if he can fix it.

It makes sense that the virus attacked the Windows Media stuff as I got it downloading a "free" baseball game. But that's what I get for not having a good anti-virus program installed at the time.
