Hi Glen,
There is a [+] button near the top of the screen, just to the left of the volume meter. Click on this button. You may be asked to select a .pat file. If so, just choose any .pat file in you 'bb' folder.
Then the 'Patches on Higher Banks' window will open. Here there is the [Open INI/INS...] button.
