Peter Gannon has answered this a number of times in the past.

Every song you create and produce using the BIAB/RB suite of programs is yours. You don't own Brent Mason as such but you do own the PG Music track generated by Brent's Realtracks and assembled using BIAB/RB. No-one other than you has any claim the song's copyright.

As for crediting people, since Brent Mason didn't personally play on the demo it would be incorrect to include his name. If you want to credit PG Music and/or Band In A Box, that's up to you. PG Music appreciate such credits but it's not an expectation that they should be included.
