Hmmm, perhaps people should read the cloud hosting agreements - particularly with respect to what the hosting companies consider rights that you "license" to them...
And don't forget the US Patriot act and it's impact on data security...
The bottom line is, there ain't no security and your stuff WILL get stolen, one way or another, and you WON'T get ANY compensation.
