Mostly I use BIAB for notation but when I want a little more of a professional look, I open up MuseScore. As Matt has said, the program reads in BIAB files. My experience is that it's about 90 - 95% successful at doing that. With the few of bars that don't read correctly, I simply delete them and add new bars.

Lastly, it's very easy to get 4 bars per line with MuseScore.
