Hi Right-click on the Band In A Box computer icon on the desktop. Select Properties Check that the exe file is the same as below (depending on your drive letter that you run the program from), and that if you click Open File Location, it finds and shows the bbw.exe file.  Do you run Band In A Box from a removable drive? Is the drive connected and working? Otherwise, if you cannot locate the exe, suggest reinstalling.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
