Solved! In my case Kent from PGMusic Support came with the solution:
"Try deleting the files "interface.bbw" and "mysetup.dk" from the Band-in-a-Box folder (usually C:\BB). This will return the program to factory settings, and may help."
Thank you all that tried to help and I hope this tip helps someone else.
