Since Don has posted his address before in the forum, I assume it's OK to re-post it. Chief Administrator c/o Rebold Manor Nursing Home 1701 East 6th Street Okmulgee, Oklahoma 74447 If they receive a flood of complaints, perhaps they will change the level of care given him.
