I think Irving Berlin 'Look(ed) for the silver lining' a few decades before my parents even knew I was going to exist Believe it or not, 'Look For The Silver Lining' used to be one of my favourite songs! I can still remember the first time I heard it and how it made me feel really good. Hmmm ... I wonder if that's partly responsible for my propensity for happy songs. Interesting thought ...
