Hi,
There are a lot of factors to consider here. This is a rather generalized request in the form of a blanket statement.
To use the Waves plugins in 32 bit format:-
A) You need a lot of money.
B) You need a good computer with plenty of processing power and a good audio card.
You would get the best results with the 64 bit plugins. Assuming you would wish to use other vst and vsti's alongside Waves plugins. BB has not yet developed a 64 bit version of its software yet.
Perhaps if you elaborate more or suggest how you would wish to use Waves plugins and which ones, I could help you more.
