One way to do this is with Bar settings. Place cursor in measure where you want to begin this change, and right click you mouse and select Bar settings. Where instruments are listed on left select drums. Open drop down menu and make volume change. Then repeat this to return settings in the measure where you want things to go back to default volume settings, by choosing return to normal or by entering the normal volume level to play from that point going forward.. Have fun..
