Después de formatear mi disco duro y reinstalar Band in a Box no logro hacer que las RealTracks y los RealDrums aparezcan en la lista del programa. Estoy instalando desde el disco duro externo usb original.
¡Necesito ayuda!

Hola Vanguard,
Hay que tomar en cuenta el tipo de instalación que estas realizando. Si lo que deseas es seguir utilizando los RealTracks y RealDrums desde su locación original en el disco externo, es necesario que le indiques a Band-in-a-Box la dirección o ruta específica según el nombre y número de unidad asignada a dicho disco duro y la carpeta específica donde se encuentran.
Al instalar los RT Y RD, deberás decidir si quieres que el programa acceda a ellos desde dicha unidad original o cualquier otro disco duro o medio de almacenamiento que tengas en tu ordenador disponible EXCEPTO el directorio de instalación, y la otra opción es instalarlos dentro de la carpeta del programa en tu disco C por ejemplo y en la raiz de dicha carpeta, por ejemplo C:\bb\realtracks o C:\bb\realdrums, si este es el caso, las TR y RD serán automaticamente localizados por Band-in-a Box.
En el primer caso deberás acceder al menú de configuraciones de RealTracks y marcar la casilla "Usar ubicación de carpeta personalizada" y con el ícono de carpeta amarillo y "ACTUALizar" buscas e indicas la dirección específica de los RT. Luego haces lo mismo con los RealDrums entrando en la ventana de "Configurar RealDrums" en "Emplee ubicación personalizada p/RealDrums"
Por favor inténtalo y nos cuentas de los resultados. Cualquier otra duda estamos a tu disposición.

!Gracias Carlos! resuelto el problema, ya tengo mis RT y RD de vuelta ubicados en el disco duro externo.
Ahora quisiera mencionarte que después de que el programa construyera la lista de estilos disponibles al iniciar, he notado que algunos de mis estilos anteriores desaparecieron de la lista y se encuentran catalogados de manera general en la categoría de "todos los estilos". ¿Existe alguna manera de personalizar mis listas de estilos dentro del catálogo en ESTILOS?

Nos alegramos mucho de que hayas pordido resolver el problema y tener tus RT y RD de vuelta.
En cuanto a tu pregunta, si, es perfectamente posible organizar y personalizar tu lista de estilos disponibles en el programa. Sin embargo requiere de un relativamente sencillo proceso de edición de uno de los archivos de sistema de Band-in-a-Box, ubicado en la raiz del directorio de instalación del mismo. Voy a hacer uso de parte del texto que utilize en otra pregunta tuya cuando tuviste un problema similar, de hecho puedes seguir casi el mismo proceso para los resultados que esperas.
Se requiere de un simple proceso de edición del archivo BBW.LST, el cual encontraremos en la raíz del directorio principal de Band-in-a-Box. Este archivo contiene la lista de estilos con todos los parámetros necesarios para su correcta visualizacion y listado en la ventana de estilos.
Al abrir el archivo con un editor de texto como el NOTEPAD, encontraremos al inicio del mismo ciertas instrucciones que debemos seguir para editarlo:
- Si modifica este archivo, pulse re-construir en la ventana de StylePicker y así Band en Box reconocerá los cambios.
- Nosotros actualizamos este archivo con frecuencia e incluimos el archivo actualizado con las actualizaciones y parches de Band in a Box, si usted quiere hacer adiciones personalizadas a su lista de estilo usted debería usar los archivos.LS3.
- Asegúrese de que la linea completa de descripción del estilo no sea mas grande que 250 caracteres, de lo contrario la visualización de lista de estilos se cortará en el estilo que sobrepase dicha longitud.
- el símbolo ~ designa una categoría y @ designa un estilo. Cada nuevo descripción de estilo debe estar en una línea.
- Cualquier línea comenzando con un punto y coma es un comentario.
- Descripción de estilos tienen el formato @a\b^c*d, donde:
a = nombre del estilo, ejemplo: zzjazzsw.sty (max. 8 caracteres + .sty )
b= Nombre largo de estilo, ejemplo: Jazz Swing Style (max. 32 caracteres)
c= memo
d= Ejemplos de canciones que pueden ser tocados en este estilo.
Tempo, Feel, y número de Juego de Estilo son añadidos por Band-in-a-Box, o pueden ser introducidos correctamente en los archivos .LS3 para sus propios (no PG Music) estilos.
Sugerencia: apagar el ajuste automático de línea en su editor de textos puede hacer este archivo más fácil a leer.

Hola Vanguard, esperamos te haya dado resultados positivos la explicación. Hay una acotacion o tip que también puede resultar útil en algunos casos. Existen virus y códigos maliciosos que al accesar o atacar un sistema, pueden cambiar el atributo de ¨VISIBLE" (Hide) a un archivo o una carpeta, si esto ocurre en tu PC y no recuerdas donde están localizados tu RealTracks y RealDrums, solo tienes que acceder al menu de configuración de cada uno de ellos y observar la ruta indicada en el modo personalizado, ya que Band-in-a-Box ignora dicho atributo en las carpetas afectadas y siempre las localizará y mostrará.
