Ciao a tutti.
Ho acquistato Band in a Bok EverythingPAk in ITALIANO per MAC.
L'ho installato su HD interno .Fin qui tutto bene. La versione su l'HD originale BIAB è build 73 quindi ho voluto aggiornare all'ultimo build 74.
L'aggiornamento è riuscito ma mi sono ritrovato il programma in inglese. Ho chiamato il supporto ed ho ricevuto un link col drive per ritradurre tutto di nuovo in italiano. Qui comincia il problema perchè appena si conclude l'installazione del traduttore scompare immediatamente l'icona (colorata in giallo) del launcher e non posso più aprire il programma. Per aprirlo devo copiare il launcher dall'HD originale BIAB ma poi mi ritrovo di nuovo il build 73.
Se qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema lo prego di darmi la soluzione oppure(mi rivolgo a chi è in contatto con Pg music)
di aiutarmi nei contatti con Pg music perchè non conoscendo bene l'inglese probabilmente non mi sarò espresso bene e non hanno capito veramente il mio problema

La versione per mac, contrariamente a quella per Windows, non permette di fare gli aggiornamenti e mantenere la lingua italiana. Si deve sempre reinstallare tutto il programma in italiano.
Evidentemente ora hai installato entrambe le versioni, inglese ed italiano, forse in due cartelle diverse. Se hai scaricato il programma nella cartella download ( la nuova versione in italiano), ti consiglio di
Rimuovere dalla cartella applicazioni la cartella contenente biab in inglese, e buttarla nel cestino.
Vuotare il cestino
Aprire la cartella di biab in italiano nella cartella download
Spostare tutta la cartella nella cartella applicazioni
Cliccare sull'icona del programma e trascinarla fra i launcher delle app in basso sullo schermo.

Ciao maurig grazie per la risposta.
Io non ho la cartella BIAB nella cartella download perchè ho comprato BIAB 2013 EverythingPAK come primo acquisto su Hard Disc (poichè ho una connessione lenta e 84 Gb sono troppo pesanti)e da qui l'ho installato interamente sull'HD interno dopo di che ho aggiornato a build 74 che mi ha trasformato il programma in inglese .Pg music mi ha mandato un file che non è altro che ancora un aggiornamento a build 74 e ancora in inglese.
Quindi se seguo il tuo consiglio di buttare la cartella biab dalla cartella applicazioni nel cestino e svuotandolo, non posso prenderlo dalla cartella download e mi ritrovo col programma disinstallato; mi ritocca installarlo di nuovo e ancora a build 73. Forse non ho capito bene quanto mi hai detto?

Si, è la stessa cosa.
Fai come ti ho suggerito, e poi copia di nuovo la cartella di BIAB dal disco su cui te l'hanno spedito alla cartella applicazioni sul tuo disco rigido.
Tornerai alla BUild 73 in Italiano.

Quindi non c'è verso di aggiornare alla build 74 e mantenere la lingua italiana ?
