"Tryin'" has been an exceptionally positive experience for Janice and me. Having our original shell of a song transformed by Floyd into a fine tune and one that can be interpreted in two such different manners has, in itself, taught me a lot about song writing Floyd gets a lot of well deserved kudos for his songwriting and productions. I'd like to add some for his singing. I think his "attitudinal" vocal on this production is simply outstanding. Maybe he and Janice need to do a duet

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
