After updating my Bossa tunes won't load Bass and piano Realtracks at tempos between 90 to 135. I've had poor results with Tech support. I've been using BIAB for over 20 years. They told me to go back to all my Realtrack discs and reload all of them. They cannot tell me what disc should have 'Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm Bossa EV110/ RT#925' on it. Here is the letter I sent:
Macintosh 2013 build 74.
Mac pro Tower and Macbook Pro. The problem persists with both computers. I only use Realtracks: Acoustic Bass; Acoustic Piano; Terry Clarke drums
On almost all Bossa tracks I get messages saying Realtracks cannot be found. I have had to change the piano tracks to Swing to get them to function. It is the same with BOSSAP.STY, SLOBOSSA.STY, OR BOSSAPT.STY.
I have reinstalled the 2013 discs multiple times.
One track that was fine stopped working after simply changing the tempo in SLOBOSSA.STY from 85 to 110 BPM. Both the piano and the bass disappear
The message that comes up is:
Cannot generate Realtracks, because this folder is not found /Applications/Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm Bossa EV110/ RT#925 Check your menu-windows-Realtracks folder settings and make sure you have install
1. Can I revert back to 2012 software?
Since upgrading?
I spoke to one of your techs the other day and got nowhere.
I have been using BIAB for about 20 yrs and been happy for the most part. Unfortunately this problem has happened while playing professionally. Thank you for your attention

Hi,
Since this is the error msg that you get:
- Cannot generate Realtracks, because this folder is not found /Applications/Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm Bossa EV110/ RT#925 Check your menu-windows-Realtracks folder settings and make sure you have install
.. that sounds like you don't have a complete install of Band-in-a-Box. When you mention that you have re-installed the BIAB 2013 disks... that only installs new files, and wouldn't include old RealTracks.
So the first thing would be to check if you have the folder that BIAB is telling you is not found.
ie) does this folder exist?
/Applications/Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm Bossa EV110/
If not, that's a RealTracks that we released a few years back. Do you have an old install somewhere with them?
