Definitely reggae!
The fiddle works nicely with the rest of the vibe, and the tuba and banjo are clever on the end.
Hrm... On my first listen, it sounded like the vocal was a bit overwhelmed by the instrumentation. Multiple listens later, the mix sounds better. Go figure.
What I think I was hearing was things like the fiddle playing at 0:41, or the bass at 1:47, where it does something busy that fights with your voice.
