I have found a similar issue with the real tracks and chords (no solo lines) where for set bars the key of the guitar is obviously incorrect.
Some cases it is one bar, in others it can be a couple. No matter how many times the part is re-generated it still throws these out of key, or rather, not following the chord specified is probs a better way to put it perhaps. For example F is the specified chord and the guitar part (sometimes the bass) plays a C or some other chord, or stays on a chord from the previous bar and does not modulate to the new specified chord.
