I was actually reacting to Scott's statement that Behringer was "finally being considered legitimate" by some folks. I thought it might be instructive to others just why Behringer was considered illegitimate in the first place. To me, their disregard for FCC compliance pales in comparison to their wholesale theft of other company's designs, which is legendary in the SR community. (Just ask Bob Mackie!) The companies that have actually sued are just a few of the victims.
