[SOLVED] Thanks seeker, I did exactly you suggested and it works. The problem was that I forgot to change the tempo when I created the project, so the midi track was not in sync. Drag'n'drop seems not to work with midi tracks between RB and Reaper.  Yes it does. On the DAW Plug button there is a settings. Uncheck the obvious boxes.
