Stratocaster - there's not that many extra steps to save your RB output and post to SoundCloud.

1. Save your output to a two-track .wav from RB (you should know the steps- or ask here)

2. In SoundCloud, you can use a .wav file from your computer as what you would like to post to SoundCloud. SoundCloud will do conversion to it's own preferred .mp3 formatting. The whole list of file types that SoundCloud will accept is here:

Note that there is a 5GB limit to individual file sizes. You can insert a step 1a. and convert your .wav to .mp3 first. I have had a few issues with SoundCloud's conversion algorithm introducing an odd and very disturbing noise at the front end of my files. I typically save my .mp3 as 196 kbps, 16 bit .mp3. Give it a try.
