Did you press Play? If you just loaded a song, there is nothing generated yet.
If you are talking about applying the Supersax 4+1 harmony, #17 on the lower pull-down, then you would hear the harmony and see it on the piano keyboard, but not in the notation. When you save the song as a MIDI file, the harmony will be saved. You can open that in a notation program and see the harmony notes on the Soloist track.
Otherwise, could you help us by telling us more detail? What style are you using? Exactly what steps are you taking, and what is it doing or not doing that you didn't expect?
