Hi JC.
In general terms, most USB mixers will work with Power Tracks, but they almost all mix down to stereo before sending the audio via the USB output. If you want to record all the tracks individually and at the same time, you're going to need a mixer with direct outs from each channel and an interface with multiple inputs.
I don't have detailed knowledge of each of the mixers you link to, but maybe someone else will pick this up as well. Out of the four, I would always choose the Allen and Heath - they've been producing quality mixers for over forty years.
