I've been playing 60's and surf style instrumentals using BIAB for a couple of years now. There are some BIAB surf styles available that I use and then fill in with Real Tracks. The Real Tracks that fit this style are somewhat limited, but you can come up with some nice arrangements using various acoustic and electric guitar Real Tracks. Sometimes I'll enter the bass line into the soloist track to get a more authentic sound for a song like "Time Won't Let Me" by the Outsiders. The Calypso Real Tracks, especially the electric guitar, seems to work real well with this style of music.
