Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you are trying to do but a number of people I know that use BIAB when entertaining use this method:

- open BIAB and use the "Restore Down" button in the upper right-hand corner of the window

- drag the edge or corner of the BIAB window to make it occupy (say) the leftmost 2/3 of your screen

- open the "Lyric Document Window", resize and reposition it as necessary to occupy the remainder of the screen

You can now either type the lyrics into the LDWindow, or copy and paste them from a wordprocessor or indeed, just copy and paste them from any internet page. Now you can set the font, size and color of the text to suit your needs.

This process assumes that you just want to see the words AND follow along the chords with BIAB. If you actually need to see the chords "imbedded" into the words, so that you know when to change chords (i.e. "busker style"), then this method won't work.
