I experimented with the new Drummer track in Logic Pro X this afternoon. Really cool. I dragged a BIAB drum track into Logic and then had the Drummer track follow (it really means learn) it. (You mute the BIAB track and tell Logic to follow that track.) The Drummer created a track that had a similar groove but the neat thing is you have access to about a dozen mix and match drum kits. AND you can have multiple outputs--this means you can mix your drum kit, something that is not possible with BIAB audio DrumTracks. So, if you are not happy with the audio qualities of the BIAB drum tracks or want to experiment, you can use them as a guide for the Logic kits. Very cool. This also works with MIDI drum tracks, though I haven't tried that yet. Very Cool ! Thanks
