Although I can't seem to get it to play ... I get error messages from Windows Media Player, and other software won't work either. Any one else have this problem? What exactly are the error messages, and what steps do you take to reproduce. What other software doesn't work? What file(s) are you using, etc? This information may assist to provide answers.
