This is really great news !
I finally reg'ed here after lurking for a long, long time to put in my application as a beta tester.

The beta test application form did ask how much time you spent in the program, and I realized after I filled it out, that I didn't spend that much time in BIAB itself.

Version 12's main functionality on the Mac is (at least to me) basically as a MIDI generator. I compose patterns and basic changes in BIAB, export the MIDI and flesh out the compositions in Cubase or Logic Express, so most of my time is spent in those programs.

I can't wait to see some of the advanced audio/MIDI editing features from the Windows side here on the Mac as well. Then the majority of time can be spent in just one application. As it is now exporting, importing to another application and reassigning instruments and sounds is a real time killer.

Drat, I should have lied about how much time I spent working in BIAB itself.
Oh well, live and learn.

Can't wait to hear more news on this !!
