OP leoproduccion Enthusiast L Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 22	Hola, me gustaría poder conectar dos controladores MIDI diferentes a Band in a Box para tocar por ejemplo dos instrumentos virtuales VSTi dentro del programa y grabarlos en las pistas de melodía y solista. Tengo una interface M-Audio de dos entradas y dos salidas MIDI. ¿Como puedo hacer para que ambos teclados desde mi interface sean reconocidos y puedan usar los VSTi ? Tengo un compañero de banda que es tecladista tambien y lo que queremos es hacer grabaciones en Band in a Box al mismo tiempo los dos. Agradecido por sus aportes desde ya.

CarlosEArellano Productor Musical Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 1,055 Venezuela	Hola Leo, Band-in-a-Box posee muy buenas funcionalidades MIDI que permiten el procesamiento multi-canal dentro del programa, sin embargo estas están enfocadas en la inserción y reproducción de pistas MIDI multicanal, por ejemplo las pistas de Melodía y Solista pueden recibir y cargar archivos MIDI externos multi canal que incluso puede ser editado. Otro de los adelantos sobresalientes es que ahora las mas recientes versiones del programa permiten utilizar sintetizadores virtuales VSTi DXi independientes para cada pista. Otra de las funcionalidades interesante y útiles es la que permite grabar guitarras MIDI en 6 diferentes canales para producir partituras y tablaturas dentro de Band-in-a-Box que puedan ser independizadas para cada cuerda del instrumento. En el caso de lo que pides yo te recomendaría usar nuestro programa RealBand, el cual viene incluido sin costo con Band-in-a-Box y que al ser en todo su derecho un potente DAW, posee funcionalidades y características que facilitan la grabacion multicanal simultánea en dicho programa. En cierta forma es preferible no llevar tan lejos las actuales características de Band-in-a-Box en el terreno del MIDI, ya que de manera básica y por defecto, el programa solo recibe en un canal al mismo tiempo mientras se monitoriza, y es en la pista THRU, incluso la grabación MIDI en modo Multicanal para la pista de guitarra es un proceso que realmente pone énfasis en la edición posterior mas que en la ejecución en tiempo real. Estando acostumbrados a agradables sorpresas desde siempre, ya veremos que nos traerá Band-in-a-Box en futuras versiones en el campo del MIDI. Saludos, Carlos E. Arellano PG Music inc.
