hey tks 4 reply guitarman - not sure what u mean about a top tool bar. i have a posting form open and i see a toolbar - the first icon is a happy face, the second one is to create a link etc. if i look above that i see something else (but it doesn't look like a toolbar). it begins with forum list, latest topics, my stuff etc. if i look even further toward the top i see a bunch of flags of diff countries, about us, contact, etc. - but nowhere do i see a
reply/post window. don't mean to appear dense but i'm just not seeing what you're seeing.
