Hi Fivestring. From the Forum FAQ's there are two options:

There are two ways you can add an image to your post.

1) Make the image available on a web server (e.g. web space provided by your ISP or an image hosting website) and reachable by a URL...
...
2) Include the image with your post as an attachment. To do this, click the File Manager link when you are replying to a post and select the image file. .GIF, .PNG, and .JPG are accepted. As long as the image is under 512 KB, it will be displayed inline - that is, in the body of your post. If it is larger than that but less than 1 MB, it will be available as a download.

You probably need option 2:

To take a screen capture of the currently focused Window , press Alt-Print Screen, then paste that into MS Paint or similar, then save (preferably as a JPG or PNG format). Note where you save it (which folder). You need to navigate to that folder when you click on the File Manager Link.
