Try this:

In the notation window, go to the PRINT button. In the window, look for 'Clefs split at' and change the value to "C6" Then CLOSE the window.

This is why you should write the bass parts in the Bass Part. The normal setting for the print layout, for the treble-clef tracks, is 'Clefs split at C4."

Switch back and forth between C6 and C4 a few times to see what I am talking about.
