You mention Wavetable above but it would be great to know a little more. Using the "Snipping Tool" found in Windows 7, the easiest way to show us this information would be to capture an image of your Midi/Audio driver setup. To this, go to "Opt" (#1), select "Preferences". Now click on the "Midi driver" button" (#2) and then save a capture of the screen that pops up (#3). For example, below is my setup.
