For what it's worth, I use MuseScore when I need notation features that are beyond what BIAB can do. It's good. It's also completely free. If you want to see what MuseScore looks like, here is a link to a pdf of a leadsheet I prepared using it. The program is easy to use and there are some videos on Youtube that help with understanding it, too. I like it. The program also reads in MGU files in 4/4 time with about 90% accuracy.
