I have been thinking about it for a while. I am thinking about Monetizing my videos on YouTube. I may not make much money at first but who cares? I just want people to hear the stuff that I am posting. I already have 2,747 views on my YouTube page. Can't hurt nothing and I would just like to maybe get paid just a little bit of money for my songs, even if it is not much. So, I am up for any suggestions. You can leave me a message here

It's not a good idea to put your e-mail address in posts where it can be picked up by bots and spiders. At the very least do it so that it has to be entered manually, i.e., "address at domain dot com" or the like.
I have some thoughts on promoting your music, but there are far more experienced users here than I, so I will wait for their comments along with you. I will say that you might want to go to Oasis CD and check out their promotional tools. They charge real money for real services, but you might get some ideas just from reading about what is available.

Thanks so much Ryszard (Richard) I removed my e-mail address so it don't get picked up by bots. I will remember that for future post. Thanks for the link. I will check it out tonight. I don't mind paying the money if I need to. I once watched a video about making money in the music business. The record exec said that, if you want to be in this business you almost have to be willing to take your life savings and burn it out in the middle of the street and not really know what to expect. There are so many people in the music that the competition is very stiff, and you may not even make back half of what you spend. I myself, have 2 digital 8 track recording machines; They get the job done. I also have several software's where I can create the music with unlimited tracks for that. I can mix the music on the computer and transfer it to my digital studio. My point is, is that I can save a lot of money by doing this in my own studio. Well, anyhow back to the music, the money. I can at this point in my life afford a lot of things that I could not when I was younger. But, thanks for the info and links. I would be interested to hear some of your ideas Richard.
