1. Coloca el cursor sobre el compás que te interese.
2. Pulsa f5
3. Introduce el valor que desees en la opción "Tempo change to"
También, en la misma pantalla tienes la opción "% change in tempo", que te permite cambiar el tiempo en un porcentaje determinado, y no en un valor específico.

Muchas gracias. Por defecto el programa pone la armadura de un 4/4. ¿Puedo utilizar esta misma opción para cambiar al inicio de una canción la armadura?. Agradecido de antemano.

Como seguramente ya habrás comprobado, puedes cambiar la indicación de compás desde un compás determinado usando f5 (sección "# beats this bar")
Sin embargo, si lo que quieres es cambiar la indicación de compás al inicio de la partitura, debes seleccionar un estilo apropiado. Por ejemplo, si estás usando ZZJAZZ. STY, el programa asignará automáticamente un 4/4 a la partitura, mientras que si eliges ZZJAZWAL.STY (jazz waltz), verás una armadura en 3/4
Eso sí, debes tener en cuenta que el módulo de notación de BIAB es algo limitado (pues BIAB no es un programa de notación, sino un programa de acompañamiento automático con funciones básicas de notación), y no soporta correctamente compases irregulares (7/8,5/4,etc...)
