I know what you mean, John.

Over the last year Papamikie has be come smaller (change in eating style and increase in exercise). One of the things about that process is you put in your weight, age, etc and the machine calculate how many cals. you burn. As you loose weight you burn less cals becuase your are carring less weight. (A bit depressing, as you loose weight you do less work, and walking around does less work, and everything else does less work. (therefore you are supposed to reduce the amount you eat :-( )

You can easily put in the new weight, each week a little less, and therefore more work to burn the same amount of energy. But you can only move the Age up ever so slowly.

I have recommended they work on a way that you could also lower that age as you progress through the process of getting fit...
